Need to park in Port Vell? The APK2 Plaza del Mar car park is in the district of Barcelona’s old port, a few metres from the Passeig de Joan de Borbó, and next to the Club Natació Atlétic-Barceloneta. It’s the best car park you can find that’s close to La Barceloneta neighbourhood. What’s more, there’s no timing restriction as it’s open 24 hours. Just perfect for enjoying Barcelona’s most famous beach. Walking along the promenade (Paseo Marítimo), taking a dip in the sea or sunbathing at the water’s edge is simply the best way to spend time here. Near the car park you’ll find the Civic Centre, the Wounded Star sculpture and the OneOcean Port Vell, one of the most luxurious marinas in the world. Also very close to the Plaza del Mar car park are the Museum of Catalan History and the Barcelona World Race Interpretation Centre, Spain’s first such centre for ocean sailing. Park near Parque de la Barceloneta or the Ronda Litoral ring road and relax in this beach area, one of the most popular tourist areas in Barcelona.
